Collect custom visitor information such as names, photos, emails, phone numbers, company names and signatures at the time of lobby sign in. The information you collect is up to you.

· Visitor Sign In
At check-in visitors enter their information into a simple form on the iPad. Visitors take their own picture with the front-facing iPad camera. By collecting visitor photos you can put a face to a name. The check-in process is swift and takes under 20 seconds.

· Wirelessly Print Visitor Badges
Visitors wirelessly print visitor badges straight from the iPad. The visitor badge is the very first impression visitors get of your company upon arrival. Make sure it counts. The visitor badges also enable your employees to identify visitors instantly.

· Record Visitor Photos
Visitor photos are taken at check-in with the built-in iPad camera and recorded in the database. Visitor photos are printed on visitor badges.

· Employee Notification
Employees are notified via Email and SMS when a visitor has checked in to see them. The email also includes a picture of the visitor.

· Drivers License Scanning
Scan the 2D barcode located on the back of a state issued Drivers License with the iPad camera to automatically and accurately enter the visitors information at sign in.

· Sex Offender Check in EDU Version
Are you a School? Visitu EDU runs an instant sex offender background check for all visitors, and notifies selected administration via email when an offender alert occurs.

· Checkout Visitors via QR Code
Checkout is a breeze. QR codes printed on all badges allows for swift visitor checkout.

· NDA Signature
Visitu allows you to gather a signature from your visitors for NDAs, liability waivers and other legal agreements. The signatures and signed documents are available from the web dashboard and stored in the visitors profile.

· Web-based Visitor Dashboard
Monitor who enters your school or office from the web-based dashboard. This dashboard is in the cloud and available from any PC, Mac or iOS device. From the dashboard you get a snapshot and timestamp of all visitors in the building as well as whom they are there to see. You can also sign in and sign out visitors.
